Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to you in order to get a support in resolving the issue with my Lenovo IdeaPad Y700-15ISK.
I have purchased the product in Warsaw, Poland on Wednesday 18.05.2016 at official distributor RTV EURO AGD, Model Number:80NV, Serial Number: ********. And I did not get the product which was described. I have a very significant issue with the Display of the product which should be Matte & Anti-Glare as per product description both at Lenovo manufacturer’s website (http://shop.lenovo.com/) and official distributor RTV EURO AGD (http://www.euro.com.pl/) , but in reality it is not.
The display of the laptop that I have purchased is 100% glossy and reflective, which makes it almost impossible to use during the day in the environment I live and work. I have been at the distributor’s office and they have advised me to contact directly Lenovo due to wrongfully provided information for the customers.
That is why I am contacting Lenovo support/warranty department with my basically two questions:
