Z400 Touch Ideapad - Type 6881 (unallocated USB)

Hi, I have a Z400 Touch laptop Ideapad - Type 6881. I downloaded Windows 10 a little while ago and put all my stuff on a USB drive before changing. After I did that, I had to reset my entire computer because my husband put a virus on it. I changed it back to factory settings and then updated it to Windows 10 again. When trying to put my stuff from my USB back onto my computer, the USB says that it is unallocated. Is there anyway I can get those files back or are they lost forever? If you could please let me know because I don't want to lose everything I have on it.
Mod's Edit: Image removed as it showed the serial number of the model.  If you wish to repost the image please edit out the serial number This is for the owner's protection.

Re: Z400 Touch Ideapad - Type 6881 (unallocated USB)

Hi lleclair46,

Thanks for posting and welcome to the forum!

When you inset the USB drive and go to 'Computer', is it showing less space than what there is actually on the drive? You can recover the unallocated space, but this may wipe whatever was on the USB drive.
