Z50 - Activate Dual Graphics

2016-03-06, 13:44 PM

I have a Lenovo Z50-75 (FX-7500).  Windows Device Manager and GPU-Z tell me that a second graphics card is present (R7 M260DX).  I believe this means Ishould be able to use "dual graphics".

In CCC I told it to use Dual Graphics and I set application settings to High Performance, but GPU-Z tells me that the R7 M260DX is always at 0% utilisation.

This means that World Of Warcraft (at lowest settings) runs at around 8 FPS.  This is worse than my 10 year old Dell Inspiron with a Pentium M.

In BIOS, I told it to use Dual Graphics.  I tried updating from CCC to Crimson.  No change.

Do I have to make other changes to activate Dual Graphics, or is Dual Graphics active and the performance of the Z50-75 just this poor?
