So i need to do a clean install of WIndows 10 pro (i purchased product key) and I am currently running windows 8.1 single language. I have a clean iso file for windows 10 home and pro images. I simply want steps on how to create a bootable drive and correctly clean installing it without the Windows Media creation tool, I am using Rufus, as i dont want to download another iso. I tried in legacy mode with my USB in NTFS format but it wouldnt work . Is there a way to do it in UEFI mode? please help

Hello and welcome,
I'm not familiar with the details of Rufus. Here's how I make UEFI-bootable flash drives from ISOs - presuming that the ISOs are UEFI-compatible in the first place.
Use 7zip (free archiving tool) and extract the contents of the ISO to a FAT32-formatted flash drive. That's all there is to it.
