Z500 - Upgrade HDD, Install Windows

I want to upgrade the HDD in my Z500. How do I manage to install Windows onto the new drive, considering that I don't have any installation disks? Will I have any problems with activating Windows if I change my machines hardware (like the hdd, but also planning on replacing the broadcom wifi adapter with an intel one)? Is there a way to save the installation/recovery files Lenovo put on one of the hidden partitions? I would rather not have to keep around the old (original) hdd once I replace it..

Hi esteffenb

Welcome in Lenovo Forums

If you would like to change you HDD the native OS will be removed and you will need to install a new one , as for the Wifi card there is no effect on the windows
