hi berylcruz,
Welcome to Lenovo Community Forums!
First make sure it is not the Touchpad switch that was triggered, Press F6 or Fn+F6, Then check your touchpad
Also Try Uninstalling your touchpad driver from Device manager, Your touchpad should show as Synaptics or Cypress,
then download and reinstall any of these depending on your Windows Version.
TouchPad (Cypress, Synaptics) Windows 8
Synaptics Touchpad Driver for 32-bit Windows Windows XP
TouchPad Driver (Cypress, Synaptics) Windows 7
Hope this helps,
Cheers!

thank you so much, it works! (=
i did it but it still not working
I yesterday had the same problem, I did restart a couple of times but it did not work. Then I tried this new way to enable the touchpad through ctrl+tab, ctrl+n, alt+tab and alt+tab options.
Follow these steps:
1. Press "Windows" key and type "Control Panel".
2. Go to Control Panel window and select "Mouse" through Tab.
3. Open the Mouse Properties window and go to "ELAN" - the driver version.
4. Now go to "Enable Device" through Tab key, then select it.
5. Lastly, click on Apply and then OK.
Now start playing with your MICE!!!
