Okay, from what I can tell I have a Lenovo Ideapad z510, and the audio is really messed up. It's been like this for about a year, and I have no idea why. I don't really see anybody else with this problem and I can't figure out what's causing it, but a tech guy I know told me it probably had something to do with moisture.
So basically: No sound at all without headphones/external speakers. Headphones/external speakers only play through one earphone/speaker, which is really frustrating because I've tried multiple pairs of headphones and all of them have the same problem. But, (this is the weird part) if I pull the headphone plug out a little bit and twist it, it'll play what should be through only the right earphone through both.
Mod's Edit: System model added to the front of Subject line to improve visibility / clarity.

I think It's compatibility issue..
Please Follow These Few Steps :-
1. Update the Audio Driver from support.lenovo.com
2. Update the Chipset,IMEI,Card Reader,BIOS from the support site as well.
3. Check whether any Physical Damage or not.
4. Check with multiple Headphones.
If still same issue then contact to nearest lenovo support centre for Part Replacement.
