when battery = 20% ( when plug-in , battery doesn't charge )
Now either my laptop get switch off or i need to plug-in and plug-out adapter several times , and then it works . When i told this problem to Lenovo Service Centre , Delhi , they have changed my battery on 14'Aug'2018 ,but the problem remain same.

You may try the steps described here initially.
This battery firmware is intended to resolve the following unexpected charging symptoms when a Z500 or Z510 laptop is powered on:
Please note a step-by-step procedure for upgrading the firmware is included in the .zip file, found in the "ReadMe" folder.
The battery firmware update can be downloaded here:https://download.lenovo.com/lenovo/content/sm/z500_z510_battery_firmware_update.zip "
If the above recommendation would not fix the issue or already been tried, then it would be a time to check it with the service center.

Hi , I have used Z510 for 4 years half ,
Battery Fimware Update is only for "some" Z510 need to update ,
According to my experience, when the battery is removed, the AC power supply can also start the computer normally.
Can you observe if the AC power supply will warm up after a period of power-on?
Your situation is more like a power interface contact problem, or the power cord may be broken.
If you are fully charged, you can do a test whether the battery is work well, look at it can continue to use the battery for 1~2 hours in without power supply . If the battery is broken, it may cause abnormal charging. In this case, you can choose to replace it or just remove the battery.
