Welcome to Lenovo Community Forums!
If you have tried FN+F2 when boot?
Or holding down Shift and clicking restart?
If those steps did not work either, You might need to contact Lenovo Technical Support and have the system shipped to Repair Facility for BIOS Reflash.
Found this article but it is for the same model that has same issue like yours.

Thanks for the reponse!!! yes i have tried fn+f2 which just turns ON and off the display i have trief fn + (f1 - f12) including delete key...but still i can't get into it!!!! instead of reflashing the bios it is better if lenovo provides BIOS update for lenovo ideapad Z580!!! some of them have uefi bios issues with Z580 machine!!! i think they will replace motherboard for me now!!!

I have a solution to the BIOS problem. I'll run this laptop into the ground the way it is (it does work); after which, I will never buy Lenovo again. Poor, poor, poor technical support. These people would rather sell you a new computer than help you solve a problem with an old computer. The rest of my remarks aren't for publication.

The link goes to a site that requires "authentication." Apparently us users (read "customers") aren't allowed to see this. We just suffer the loss.

I'm beginning to agree. I know that I'm just a home user. In the world of corporate sales of Thinkpads, by three Lenovos are pretty insignificant. But I'm thinking that my next computer will probably be a Dell. They offer a computer with a Linux preload and that computer will see the scrapyard before it ever gets anything Microsoft installed on it. Alternative, of course, is to go to Apple.
As you can tell, I'm really impressed with the concern that I feel from Lenovo on this.
