Re: dolby theater v4 and digital dolby button incompatibility

Welcome To Lenovo Community

We are really sorry to hear about the issue you are facing,

Please try reinstalling the drivers Dolby Home Theater, The drivers are available in the driver package

After unpacking the package under driver’s main folder you will have a folder by the name Dolby Home Theater V4 . Run setup from there , once setup is completed restart the system and check

Do give this a try and let us know

Hope This Helps

Re: dolby theater v4 and digital dolby button incompatibility

The Z580 does not have a Dolby Button, it does have a OneKeyTheater button, looks like a video camera, and re-installing the Sound/Dolby Software will do nothing, you need to install the OneKeyTheater software.

I purposely uninstalled the OneKeyTheater software as i don't like it, and the touch button no longer does anything, but the Dolby V4 works great.

EDIT : I cannot find the OneKeyTheater software on the Z580 driver/software page? , but it should be on your D: partition or from the link i found below.
