ideapad z580 freezing screen with horizontal white stripes after wake up from sleep or hibernate

As per the query we understood that you are facing issue with display freezing after resuming from sleep or hibernate in your Lenovo Z580 laptop.

 

Please try to uninstall the graphic driver and check for the issue.

 

Also try to update the energy management and check for the issue.

Thank you for replying, I apologize for the delay in reply.

 

Please try to connect the external monitor and check for the issue, also check in BIOS for the issue.

 

If the external monitor is working fine, it might be issue with the LCD which might be replaced, please visit the nearest service center for further details.
