Re: lenovo Z570 Battery 0% plugged in, not charging

Hi samanta

It would be better if we use the OEM FRU number as seen from parts lookup page using your serial number.

L09S6Y02 is more of a battery manufacturer specifications.

We cannot guarantee that the BIOS would smoothly identify it as it has to be an OEM battery so checking on return option is suggested if you decide on this.

Regards

Re: lenovo Z570 Battery 0% plugged in, not charging

Hi samanta,

Try to get the MTM here after placing the serial number so that we can specifically identify the OEM battery FRU number.

Re: lenovo Z570 Battery 0% plugged in, not charging

Hi samanta

Greetings.

Yes, 121001091 is the OEM part number that you can use to order the battery.

As per the original issue " 0% available (plugged in, not charging)", we were able to arrive at the conclusion that you need to replace your battery as the wear level now at 98% with full charge capacity only at 1020 mWh from its original 38880 value.

Using the OEM part number 121001091, it would assure compatibility of the battery you are to purchase.

You can contact Lenovo India for parts sales on recommended stores nearest you.

Else chat support  (click on highlighted link for details) would also be available for inquiry.

Hours of operation are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday except for public holidays.

Checking further for other Authorized Online retailers:

o Retailnet
o Cloudtail India Pvt Ltd
o DBM Marketing India Pvt Ltd
o ArihantInfocom
o Laptech Solutions
o Cart2India Online Retail Pvt. Ltd.

Hope this help answer your query.

Regards
