Hi jaikishan,

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Max supported ram is 8GB total with 4GB max on each slot (2).

From the general overview shows DDR III 800/1066M DIMM socket x 2 (max 4GB per slot).

Same goes with the product specification sheet:

3GB or 4GB std / 8GB max7 ; PC3-8500 1066MHz DDR3, non-parity, dual-channel capable, two 204-pin SO-DIMM sockets

I hope this helps answer your query.

Regards

Hi jaikishan,

Greetings.

As discussed here taken from the hardware manual (page 73 item 10).

It appears that highest option would be I7-620M rPGA processor   sharing both Arrandale core and G1 socket that would be compatible with both board and chipset for your machine.

Regards
