lenovo y500 battery

Hello when i look my battery % something is say 5h 00 remaining and 3 minutes later 2h 30... What is the problem?

The battery estimation depends on your current energy consumption. If for 5 minutes, you are just idling or just reading a web page, you will see that the estimated life increases a lot, but just playing a YouTube video or accessing the HDD with Windows Explorer and you'll see that the life decreases to 2 hours or less. In short, the estimated battery life is updated with sudden change in energy consumption, and not the average time remaining.

Fully charged, 10 day old, my lenovo have onlye 3h 40 of battery with internet surfing. is normal?

That's about all you are going to get.  No switchable graphics so you are running on the 650m the entire time even though it does down clock to 135mhz usually when doing less stressful stuff.
