i have a serious problem with my laptop. every time i am going to install the intel hd 4600 driver in the meantime the display goes black. since i am using team viewer i can see the laptop works in the back ground. but the display is just dead. after i restart the laptop, after the windows logo in the display goes black again but in device manager it show the intel hd is installed. so i need to go in safemode to disable it so i can go into windows again. (my os is win10)
i just tried every driver i could fine in intel site or lenovo. i downgraded my bios to 3.0. i changed the displayoptimization in hot key. i did evey thing that i could fine in the internet.
the thing is while the display is on "microsoft basic adaptor" the laptop is working but with high limited progres. its even imposible to watch a hd movie.
so if anyone here could help me i`ll be very thankfull. it seems the problem is insoluble. thanks everybody.

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.
Try a factory reset, this should be able to confirm if the issue hardware or software issue.
Note: Please back up all your data as running this reset will delete any data on your machine
1. Turn the machine off and press the recovery button which is located usually next to the power button. If you have a desktop machine you will need to power the machine back on and keep tapping the F2 key.
2. Use the arrow keys and press enter on system recovery. ( Desktop users can skip this)
3. Select “restore from the initial backup” and then “Next”.
4. Click “start” and accept the warning messages.
Length of time can vary depending on the speed of the machine.
If these steps do not work I would recommend, that you call your local Lenovo support line for a possible service. Below is the link to the phone list where you can find these numbers
Hope this helps, let us know how you get on.
