Hi amolbairagi ,
Welcome to the Community Forums.
I was hoping that you manage to create a recovery image initially.
You may match it from the Microsoft sticker on your PC and reinstall the needed drivers from the support site .
Update it to Windows 7 SP 1 to avail of Microsoft upgrade to Windows 10 for free .
Likewise you may also contact Lenovo Tech support to order the full set of Media installer for your pc.
Update us how you plan to proceed .

Thanks fo reply,
but i couldnt managed to create a recovery image initially.
not even i received any CD with Lenovo Z560,
OS was preinstalled, no sticker is visible at backside as Laptop is used.
is there any other way to identify the product key or any automatic detection of laptop OS & Serial Number so that it can be verified.

Hi amolbairagi ,
Most product key recovery tool may just give generic keys from the old harddrive that is not that useful on this situation.
No worries since I believe when you done your upgrade all was carried over to Windows 10 for similar activation.
Your OEM product would already be on the Microsoft database as Win10 and all you need is to download the Windows 10 installer and likewise install needed drivers from the support website afterwards.
You can use this guide to proceed for your new harddrive.
