I have a lenovo y450 laptop with Nvidia GT240M LE graphics card. Currently, when I play the most recent games it comes up a warning saying I have an old driver and recommended to update the drivers to the latest version.
Some games would allow me to continue with the old driver but some will not start.
Heading over to Nvidia's Site It says
GeForce GT 240M LE
Has been detected in your system.
Compal requires that you download the driver for your GPU from their support site.
Uploaded with ImageShack.us
Checking the Drivers page from lenovo, I coudnt find anything newer than
|NVIDIA Display Driver||126.96.36.19936||2009-10-21||96.6 MB|
Windows 7 64bit
Which is the latest im using, and the drivers are 3 years old. Have lenovo stopped support?
Anyone knows where I can download the latest drivers for GeForce GT 240M LE

my graphics card model became from gt240mLE to gt130m after the update.
Okay now my version of nvidia geforce is 268.44 and Im trying to play NFS: the run which requires 285.38
on the nvidia site.
Hardware ID: PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0652&SUBSYS_387A17AA&REV_A1
On the supported products I see the
GeForce 100M series:
G 110M, GT 130M, GTS 160M, G 105M, G 103M, G 102M, GT 120M
So I should be able to use this driver update?
And It came back with an install error
This Graphics driver could not find compatible hardware.
Err. Doesnt the model states that the model is supported?

Ok after install, it booted and after a while it crashed saying it failed to restart the graphics card and blue screened
Reboot again and still blue screened.
Restored the older graphics driver in safe mode for now.
No solution yet
As for the auto update:
|NVIDIA GeForce GT 130M||268.44||The manufacturer of this system requires that you download the driver for your GPU from their support site.|
The GeForce M series and GeForce Go series notebook GPUs use drivers that have been customized by the notebook manufacturers to support hot key functions, power management functions, lid close and suspend/resume behavior. NVIDIA has worked with some notebook manufacturers to provide notebook-specific driver updates, however, most notebook driver updates must come from the notebook manufacturer. Additionally, the desktop GeForce graphics drivers will not install on Geforce M series and Quadro M series notebook GPU's.
