nvlddmkm.sys y570 VIDEO_TDR_ERROR nvidia 555m

2015-01-13, 14:01 PM

Hi I have a laptop with gt 555m (optimus). Suddently my laptop crash with blue screen when i tried to play league of legend or pes 2015. i check with who crash and the result is :

crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\123014-45302-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: nvlddmkm.sys (nvlddmkm+0x13EBFC)
Bugcheck code: 0x116 (0xFFFFFA8006195010, 0xFFFFF88008420BFC, 0x0, 0x2)
Error: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR
file path: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\nvlddmkm.sys
product: NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 347.09
company: NVIDIA Corporation
description: NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 347.09
Bug check description: This indicates that an attempt to reset the display driver and recover from a timeout failed.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: nvlddmkm.sys (NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 347.09 , NVIDIA Corporation).
Google query: NVIDIA Corporation VIDEO_TDR_ERROR

After some time any program that i put to execute with the nvidia card give the crash. Everything is fine in the integrated graphic card, so I taught nvidia died but when i try to update the intel card with Intel(R) Driver Update Utility 2.0, it give the same crash with nvlddmkm.sys.

thank you
