Hi lalakis,

Even thou the model number 2151 with HM76 chipset was not offered with SSD among released models,  SAMSUNG MZ-75E250B/EU would be an option for an upgrade as seen in this video. It would always be best to check on return options just in case.

As per product specification:

8GB max7; PC3-12800 1600MHz DDR3*, non-parity,  dual-channel capable, two 204-pin SO-DIMM sockets

Directions for upgrading RAM as seen on page 41 of the hardware manual.

OEM recommended ram for target maximun 8GB = 2 pieces of 4GB sticks (page 88).

12 RAM, Samsung, M471B5273DH0-CK0 DDR3 1600 4GB 11200341
12 RAM, Micron, MT16KTF51264HZ-1G6M1 DDR3 1600 4GB 11200347
12 RAM, Hynix, HMT351S6CFR8C-PB DDR3 1600 4GB 11200344
12 RAM, Ramaxel, RMT3160ED58E9W-1600 DDR3 1600 4GB 11200393
12 RAM, Sharetronic(Micron), SM322NQ08IAF DDR3 1600 4GB 11200397

Part number 11200344 would be similar to your possible choice.

Hope this help answer your query.
