z575 Lost OEM Partition

My laptops OEM Partition was lost now i have no windows to fall back on and i am stuck running linux, Is there anyway to get it recovered or get a CD? 

 

Not having Recovery Cd's is the dumbest this i have ever seen in my years of owning computers.

If the partition is shown in the device manager, then you could try recovering the image if it works
