the cab package is always looking for the configuration file stored in the MSI installer package thus you'll never be able to install the drivers from there. Download the official Intel drivers here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Wireless+Networking&Produc...

Can you post a screenshot of your device manager showing Bluetooth and Network Adapter section. The Proset Wireless Software doesn't contain any bluetooth drivers. BTW, if you have the Centrino 2230, here are the Bluetooth drivers: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=3507&DwnldID=23449&ProductFamily=Wire...

Your screenshot tells me that you have Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2200. It does not have the integrated bluetooth unlike the Centrino 2230.
According to your manual,http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/guides-and-manuals/detail.page?DocID=UM015368 , the Z580 has an optional bluetooth, not a standard.
I don't know if this keyboard combination will work for Windows 8.1, but can you try Pressing FN+F5 and see if you get the screenshot below:
If Bluetooth doesn't show up there, the last resort is to go to your BIOS and see if Bluetooth or "BT" is enabled there. If not then you probably didn't have the optional bluetooth.

-i'm already have buetooth it was working fine in windows 7 before change to win 8.1
- FN+F5 working fine in win7 and it has the two option for bluetooth and wireless but in win 8.1 no option for bluetooth
-bluetooth in turned on bios (i use UEFI with GPT)
it could problem in win 8.1?

It's most likely WIndows 8.1. If the OS can't detect the Bluetooth hardware in the Z580 then there's nothing you can do even if you install the bluetooth drivers since drivers has to communicate with the OS which in turn communicates with the bluetooth hardware.
