Migrating Lenovo Patch to a new SCCM Server

2020-07-22, 17:39 PM

Hey Team,

We are migrating to a new SCCM Server (Windows Server 2016, SCCM v1906).  Lenovo Patch is installed on our current SCCM server and a newer version is installed on our newer server. (Different Versions)  The new server will have a different name and IP configured.  I was trying to activate the License on the new server but it stated "No Activations Available".  Then I tried removing the Licenses on the old server but could not save the removals.  I have already uninstalled Lenovo Patch on the current server.

What is a good resource to use when migrating Lenovo Patch to a new SCCM Environment?

1) Lic. Migration Steps

2) Can I redeploy the new LUC agent to machines that have an older version?

Please let me know

Thanks!
