DB610S FC San Switch

2018-10-30, 14:34 PM

Since the DB610s FC  switch only has one fixed 150 watt power supply, and the power supply goes out do you lose access to data, or do you still have access? Logically I would believe you woulnd't have access but wasn't for sure.  I checked the Lenovo Press and wasn't able to find this answer.

dvogelg,

If the internal PSU fails you will lose all access to the everything connected. It seems there is no redundant option for this particular switch.

dvogelg, You are correct there is only power supply. One fixed 150 W AC (100 - 240 V) power supply (IEC 320-C14 connector).

Please see https://lenovopress.com/lp0582.pdf

Please note that the switch comes standard without a power cord; two rack power cables or country-specific line cords must be ordered together with the switch.
