If you need help building a configuration/solution, have a defect to report with the DCSC and/or would like to get trained on the DCSC, please send an email to email@example.com . You can also post here to the Sales Configurator Forum, using 'Start A Topic'.
DCSC training requests can also be sent to me, firstname.lastname@example.org .
x-config also uses email@example.com for help and reporting defects.

Hi, Just want to report that PH region DCSC is NOT WORKING. We've been experiencing this for quite a while now and is already affecting our productivity. Please see attached screenshot. Top Seller model also on preconfigured model are also NOT available. Kindly advise what can we do to resolve this issue.

Hello, it may be related to using the unsecure DCSC site. Please try https://dcsc.lenovo.com/#/ .
Are you a Lenovo Business Partner? If so, log into LPN and launch DCSC from within LPN. Cheers, Bill.
