Offline DCSC, Data Center Solution Configurator, Update Fetch Error

Occasionally while updating the offline DCSC it may fail, mainly due to network connection and interruptions, then when you try and launch the DCSC you will see a 'Fetch...' error message. After that, you will not get the product catalog menus and country seelction. If this happens, you can try the update again on a better netwrok connection or go to the offline DCSC download page and download the complete install package and fix the DCSC this way.
