Creating a Service Request e-Ticket for you Lenovo Smart Clock - Mobile & PC portals

PC SUPPORT PORTAL:

 

1. Visit: https://support.lenovo.com

 



2. Input Serial Number in the search box, this will take you to your product page directly 

 

3. Find Support Resources:

 

 

4. Reach Lenovo:

 

 

5. Submit a Service Request & Check Repair Status:

 

Before officially submit a Service Request, we will have some troubleshooting questions to help you self-diagnose and problem-solving;

 

Lenovo ID will be needed before you create a service request

 

* Lenovo will handle your submitted service request from here and guarantee a replacement for hardware failures covered by warranty. 

 

You can always check your Service Request Status by entering the Check Repair Status under Contact us

 

You will need to enter your case/order/serial/IMEI/email/phone number in order to check your request status. 

 

 

 

 

MOBILE SUPPORT PORTAL:

 

1. Scan the QR Code on the Product Label


Scan the QR code on the product label found on the product box with your smartphone/tablet.


You will be directed to your product’s information on the Lenovo support site.

 

 2. Find Your Product Information and Warranty Status


Click on the drop-down arrow next to Product Details, your product information, including MTM&SN, and Warranty status will be displayed.

 

 

 

3. Find Support Content:

 

Click on the drop-down arrow next to Product Details, your product information, including MTM&SN, and Warranty status will be displayed. 

 

 

Scroll down the Main page to Top Solutions, the top five solutions will be displayed or you can view all solutions by clicking view all.

 

 

4. Reach Lenovo:


Entering Contact Us, you can “Consult Our Forum” and “Submit a Service Request”

I have tried to log a service request as the smart clock wont turn of...working earlier when I setup after purchasing today. Anyway, I don’t have the option for Submit a Service Request, How do I lodge a request?

It might be that your region is not enabled for this process yet so I suggest calling the support line.

Wow, I've never had such a bad experience with a technology company and I hope this is the last time.   In the age with reducing the number of live calls things got bad, but now with Covid, support has reduced to Circular references on this companies web site.  I have contacted via chat or email multiple Lenovo resources, I think, that have pointed me to this same exact website.  Twice I sat in a chat presence where I was listed as #1 and it kicked me out-that was a wait time of 1 hour.  The other two times I was on hold / In line for chat, 45 mins each or so, I got kicked out.  I'm frustrated that you DON'T have a real customer experience portal that people can go to and get help.  Even your sales folk act as if they are robots and can only direct people with problems to this circular webaddress which brings you to the same screen on any option you choose.  The only thing that is missing is a limit on the # of characters you can type and that would be the pinnacle.  

 

Ok, I purchased a smart display in Dec 2019, from Costco and I have the receipt.  Each time I log into your page, and input the serial #, I'm told it's out of warranty.  Well, no it's not!  your site says 1 year warranty after purchase and guess what it's not 1 year.  Well this cheap crap stopped working two weeks ago (that's about how long I've been trying to contact you people) it must have caught the corona china virus, that's where I think they are made, and died without any respirator.  Since I'm resourceful and can think outside of your socialist leaning, I purchased another display from Google, and guess what needed support and they answered immediately ON CHAT.

 

Since I can't get any of you to respond to any of my support requests - or on the phone, which must have my number black listed, I'll go to every darn social media presence and talk about your crappy service, cheap made products from china and how you don't give a care about customer ser

I agreed 100% with you... Lenovo service is a comediants negligating clients. My Smart Clock from Lenovo stopped working on display... and that exist ANY such serial number nor modell said Lenovo site, when I tried to fill fields from original label on machine... So, any possibility to contact service, option to do it is top secrect, I think... Any more Lenovo in my life... Don`t buy such... ahhh, smelling items... I hope, you Lenovo, to be collapsed if you are so negligating.
