Je viens de passer la journée à me retourner le cerveau pour configurer ce truc, j'ai fini par le ramener en magasin pour un échange pour finalement découvrir que depuis plusieurs semaines le serveur Europe de lenovo est out ???

 

Non mais c'est une blague ???

 

Comment être sur que le dns est US ??

Same for me, even switching to US DNS, it's not better. I've checked on my computer, it reaches the US endpoint, but the smart clock doesn't seems to.

 

Please Lenovo support do something, we are all buying in Europe something that could not work at all.

je vais me renseigner des demain avec mon juriste pour faire un recours !!!! Il est INADMISSIBLE de ne pas reagir apres plusieurs semaines !!

 

Il est urgent de trouver une solution ou tt du moins de communiquer sur le sujet.

Problem solved thanks to you!

 

This worked for me! I changed the DNS server in my router, factory reset the Lenovo clock, and it updated successfully !

je ne comprends pas. 

 

mon routeur est bien au US puisque je parviens a acceder à la page https://smartdm.lenovo.com/login

 

mais j'ai tjrs le meme message "probleme de reseau" sur l'appareil lors de la mise à jour.

j'ai telephoné au sav lenovo france ce matin. 

 

je me suis fait envoyer promener. En gros ils sont au courant de rien mais si les serveurs europe sont HS ben tant pis faut attendre....
