Lenovo Smart Display uploading update then restarting loop

I bought a Lenovo Smart Display 10  (type ZA3N) on Lenovo web site (Digital River) and try to set-up it with Google Home.

 

The Smart Display is uploading a new update till 100% then restarting then starting again to upload the the update again, and that continually.

 

I've register the product on Lenovo Support site but when I want to submit a service request, I get the following error "This feature is not supported for your product. For more help, please contact us.".

 

I try to fill the form from Digital River Customer service to send it back but the web form doesn't accept any email address.

I have the same problem. Bought the 8 inch model two days ago.

Do you get a specific error when you try to enter an email? Have you tried reaching Digital River via phone?

After leaving it updating for almost a day it started working. But I think it didn't update because it says 2.11.17+prod.0.4.5.4961342.
