I got my parents and my family both 10” Lenovo Smart Displays so we can share photos of our twin boys from day to day as they grow. Did plenty of research and confirmed these would do what we needed, which was allow us to share an album via Google Photos that could be displayed as a screensaver/wallpaper of sorts. I’ve set all that up, and no matter what I try, I can’t duplicate what everyone says I should be seeing. The only two options for Google Photos in ambient mode/photo frame are “Select Family and Friends” or “Recent highlights” auto populating albums. It doesn’t give me any option to select any of my albums, nor does it give an option to show favorites as others have mentioned. Am I missing something here? What’s the secret to viewing only my curated albums/photos and not some automatically generated junk Google thinks I’d want?
