Smart Clock Radio Alarm Not Sounding After Snooze

I have an alarm on my Lenovo Smart Clock set to Radio which alarms as expected at the volume set in the Google Home app.

 

The problem I'm having is the first day it occurred I snoozed the alarm, 10 minutes later the alarm came back on to radio as expected. After snoozing a second time however, the alarm came on but there was no sound. Today the same thing occurred but after the first snooze this time.

 

It seems the volume has possibly gone to zero or the radio link has been lost. Either way an alarm clock that can't be snoozed with faith that it will come back on is a problem. Any ideas?

Hi ,

 

Yes, submitting feedback only sends the logs to Google. Now they will need to do some investigation to get to the bottom of it.

 

Just out of curiosity, have you tried doing a soft reset by removing power cable for about 30seconds? Or doing a factory reset on your clock and setting it up again?

Hi Miguel,

 

I haven't tried either reset but I'm happy to give it a go.

 

As a side note, a normal alarm using the tones on the clock work fine after multiple snoozes, it appears it is limited to the streaming alarms, TuneIn, Spotify, etc.

I have exaclty same problem. I set jazz music and no sound after snooze... My good old Sony never fail in 16 years

I just unpacked and set up my brand new Smart Clock, and it does this.  Alarm plays radio station just fine, but after a snooze of 10 minutes, it visually activates, but no music comes out.
