There is no indication that power is getting to the device. I have swapped outlets, tried to hold down volume up and down for 8 seconds. the screen stays black(no backlight either) and makes no noises. There is no led indicator to identify whether there is a problem in the adapter or the smart display itself.
The support page has no links to submit any kind of official support ticket.
There is no service center within an hour of here, and the phone support list has an error "14 UNAVAILABLE: upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers"
