P10 problems (Apple Music/Tapo/Bluetooth)

I just bought this tablet/dock/show mode tablet and it's very disappointing.


Constant trouble connecting to bluetooth (same as everyone, I have tried all the suggestions, and it still happens).


I cannot play Apple Music on it - when I try it says "You'll a connected accessory to play apple music on this device" (Can't find any info on this)


When I try and access my TP Link - Tapo Camera the message "Camera does not support that" comes back. (Tapo support says this might not work)


As far as I can see this product does not work as advertised - unless these issues can be fixed please advise how I can return for a full refund ? I tried contacting support and got the reply: 
"Dear Lenovo Customer,

Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, your service request ID could not be created automatically by our system.

Please try submitting your request again or you can find our contact centers hours of operations, chat times, or other contact information on support.lenovo.com."


Seriously Lenovo? This is terrible!


Edit: Tried to email support - 


"Email Support

This tool is not available for your selected country/region and product" FFS! How can email be region specific?
