Try pressing  the centre part of the up/down button instead  of the up button if I remember  correctly  that's  what worked for me.

Hello guys, The Lenovo Smart Assistant is just a reflashing tool. It practically rewrites the exact firmware received over the air, which you probably already have on your tablets. I really don't understand were the "magic" is coming. On my tablet the Bluetooth/disconnect issues still occur. From what I have seen, the BT button on the speaker turns of when this happens. From my point of view the problem lies in the Alexa speaker. So anybody is working in solving this issue? Thanks

Has there been any progress on the issue of the smart dock continually disconnecting?  As many people have said, it started and became progressively worse after the last update when the battery charge limit was added.  I have tried allowing the battery to always charge to 100% without any positive impact.  I do notice that the charge limit is supposed to be 60% but the tablet never charges above 50% when this is turned on.

 

I would really like my table to work again as it was the perfect device for my needs when it worked, now it is pretty useless and frustrating.

I just received information that our tech teams were finally able to reproduce this issue on their devices and now they can look for a root cause and work on a fix for it. I hope that the fix will be developed and released soon.

My M10 TB-X605F did not boot beyond the splash screen, i.e. the Lenovo logo.  I bought a M10 10.3 Gen2 trying to use the Lenovo Smart Dock to use the Alexa and the speakers on the dock.  The M10 was charging OK on the Smart Dock, I can pair it with the dock in the setup. No matter how I tried, I was unable to get Alexa work with the Smart Dock.  The Smart Dock cannot be automatically bluetoothed with my Tab-X606X 10.3 Gen2, pls help, thanks.

If it helps, I have the Lenovo Alexa installed on my M10 TB-X606X 64GB.  I had the Amazon Alexa in google play and did not work previously.  My TB-X606X is now on Android 10.

Thanks for the heads up on the problem.  It took awhile and two updates but I now have my Alexa Show back mostly stable.  There are still a few times that it disconnects but it will reconnect and now works as it did when first purchased.
