Had same issue, this solved it. Sadly Lenovo told me to replace it and I did before I found this.
Great help here sadly Lenovo is helpless.

I found the temporary solution, the detail step is:
In “Auto-start apps” menu, then select “auto-start Apps disabled” and “linked start-up apps disabled” item, set application permission of Chrome to enable.

I feel like an idiot, but Where is the "Auto start apps"?

Sparky, on my M10 there is an app named "Tablet Manager", green in color.
Open that and select "Auto-start apps" at the bottom of the screen.
Let us know if you're still having problems.
