The Camera on my device is not working, it used to work for a while in the beginning, no idea what caused it to stop as I didn't use it that often.

I've tried installing windows updates, the latest camera driver from Lenovo, rebooting etc, but keep having the same error image as uploaded in any software that uses the camera.
Obviously the hardware switch has no influence either, and I've ensured the W10 privacy settings are set to allow all apps to access the webcam.
any ideas or should I RMA for warranty?

seems your Camera is disabled
could you please check the Camera settings in Lenovo Vantage app? if it was disabled by Vantage?
