HDD not detected in Bios

I have a lenovo s110 running windows 10.  it will not boot up.  I went online to create media on a bootable USB to reinstall the OS (I was trying to do a clean install).  With the usb plugged in I get a message "We couldn't find any drives.  To get a storage driver click load driver."  I click load driver and I get a message "No signed device drivers were found.  Make sure that the installation media contains the correct drivers, and then click OK.  I don't know what to do.  I have created this usb 3 times and I get the same thing.  I tried to repair my computer and I got an error about a boot record.  I searched online to remedy the error, and that did not work.  I see no HDD detected in bios under the security tab, and I see unknown vendor followed by a bunch of question marks in the information tab.  Please help20190330_190257.jpgbios information tab20190330_190333.jpgbios security tab20190330_190103.jpgthis is what I get when I try to repair instead of doing a clean install
