I've been trying to start my hardware scan, but everytime I go for it, the computer gets suuuuper slow, eventually frozes, and I need to reset it. I've already uploaded Lenovo Solution Center, since I thought that could be the reason, but it still fails. What can I do?

Please provide more information about your system (model, OS, recent updates, etc), otherwise it will be difficult for the community to assist you. We will also be able to confirm that your post is in the proper forum.

Yes, sure. The laptop is the Lenovo S21e, and I'm using Windows 8.1. It says in Lenovo Solution Center that the series is
*********, and the BIOS: C4CN14WW(V1.04). Is that enough?
