How to determine if my laptop has wifi 802.11b,n or g ?

Question

I have two Lenovo laptops. My router is WRT160n. Both laptops connect show connection at 802.11g. The laptop is Linksys n.   How can I tell if they have the 802.11n capability?

If you go into the Device Manager in the Control Panel and go to network adapters, you should see the card listed there. Go to the properties of the card and it will display the name which should indicate the various 802.11x formats it supports.

 Notice it says AGN = 802.11a, 802.11b/g, 802.11n support
