I tired to search solution for my issue. I hope that somebody had the same issue and might help me to resolve it. How to enable AHCI mode on Lenovo U330 with Windows XP installed? Windows shouldn’t be reinstalled. Windows cannot start if I select enable AHCI in BIOS. In this case I see BSOD.

Download the Intel F6 Floppy driver. Extract the files.
Open the Device Manager.
Expand the "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers"
Right-click on Intel ICH9M-E/M SATA Controller [may be something similar.
Select "update driver"
Browse to the files you extracted earlier.
Upon reboot, go into the BIOS configuration and switch IDE compatibility to SATA AHCI.

I forgot to add...
Don't let it search for a new driver. Select the extracted INF file and allow it to forcibly update the driver.

Yea, thanks a lot! Now I love my laptop.
I installed driver for Intel ICH9M-E/M SATA AHCI Controller and made the HD Tune test. Here is the results for the same power management scheme and other parameters.
Before AHCI: http://img269.imageshack.us/img269/3420/26088805.png
Its may be strange but after driver upgrade I can not see anything on Health tab in the HD Tune utility.
