Ideapad - Problems with audio

I've tried a lot of things to fix this, but nothing has worked. It says that the audio service is not running. I've tried going to playback devices and the audio devices show up and are enabled. However it says that they are disconnected. I right-click on them and press connect but it doesn't do anything.

 

I've also tried following this youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=acnm4v1_N1k

I only got a message that said: endpoint is duplicate. 

 

I need my sound as I'm going on vacation to France in 6 days, please help!

Welcome to the Forums  

 

As per the query we understood that you are facing issue with audio in your system.

 

Connect an external earphone and check for the issue, try with other media player and check.
