Hi there, sorry to be a bother.
Like the title says, my touch screen stopped working.
I went on to my computer one afternoon and found my mouse stuck in the top left corner, fidgeting. This was what I was expiriencing. (My touch-screen still worked fine at the time, but I still couldn't do anything or control the mouse, but I could tell that it was still working and it still responded.)
After a bit of time and a few restarts later, it went back to normal, but my touch-screen then stopped working.
I'm used to the touch-screen working incorrectly occasionally, and much like the mouse thing, a restart or two helps.
It has now been three days and my touchs-creen still does not work. I've tried many of the solutions found in these forums, but to no avail.
I am running Windows 10 and have had this computer for 2+ years.
Thanks.

Hello 2KittenHouse
Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.
Try to download the Video and Chipset drivers for the unit from the support page.
Make sure to reboot after an update
Have you already tried to perform a factory reset?
If so, I would recommend, that you call your local Lenovo support line for a possible service. Below is the link to the phone list where you can find these numbers
Hope this helps, let us know how you get on.

Alright, so I tried installing the drivers again but that didn't help.
I also performed a reset, which also did not help.
I will most likely be calling one of the service numbers at one point soon.
Thank you for trying to help!
