Re: Ideapad U330 5 keys don't respond: 9, o, l, ., and j - what can I do

Hi Cahebu ,

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Would the same keys fail when in the BIOS (testing on password but not saving it) or booting on another device like live media? Check if the same keys have issue using external USB keyboard as well as online test.

The placement they are located are very localized as it does woth usual physical keyboard issue that you can check / cleaned or replace if needed.

You can check the part number of the keyboard from parts look up page.

Hope this help answer your query.

Update us how it goes.

Regards
