I have a defect U430 Touch with a backlight keyboard. Now I have new U430 Touch withou backlight keyboard and would like to know if I could put the keyboard from the old U430 into the new one?
Attached you will find screens of the two serialnumbers.
Thanks for help
Mod's Edit: Serial number attachment removed from public view to protect owner from its unwanted use.
Mod's Comment: Rather than posting the serial numbers just post the full Model Number. EX: U430 - 59436098. That information will give readers an idea of the model features each system has.

From the same page lookup page you may also match if those are sharing matching part number for the systemboard since even if they share same model , other board may not have the neccessary slot for the power of the backlit keyboard.
You may also proceed and physically check for available cable/sockets follow the guide on the hardware manual as the keyboard is integrated in the uppercase (item3 page 69-74) if you have the needed tools and skill as this may need take a lot of parts to clear out.
Update us at it goes.
