What model of computer you have?
Have you tried connecting a USB keyboard to see if that works correctly?
Have you tried using the laptop's keyboard in Windows Safe Model to see if it works correctly?

Try to uninstall the keyboard adapter and restart the machine and check for the issue. Also try to change the keyboard layout and check for the issue.
