Welcome to the Lenovo Community !

Sorry to hear of your problem.  What model do you have ?

Try clearing the CMOS to see if that will resolve the start up problem.  Just do this....

1. Unplug the charger / adapter.
2. Remove the battery. (If your model has a removable battery, not an internal one)
3. Press and hold the Power Button for 15 seconds.
4. Re-install the battery, plug in the charger / adapter if needed and power up the system to see if the problem was resolved.

Since your laptop contains no customer servicable parts, if it is still under warranty then I recommend you contact Lenovo Support for additional service.  You can find Lenovo Support for your country using the link below......

http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/supportphonelist_alt1

If your laptop is no longer under warranty you could try disconnecting various hardware items to see if the computer will boot up.  If you are comfortable working inside your laptop then try disconnecting the hard drive, wireless card, etc, one at time to see if the computer will boot up.  If it boots up with a hardware item disconnected then suspect that item as being faulty.   Your model's Hardware Maintenance Manual will explain how to remove the various items.  The link below is for your model's Hardware Maintenance Manual. When working inside your system please follow all precautions and recommendations that are noted in the manual.

If you are not comfortable working inside your computer then I would suggest contact Lenovo Support for repair or possibly visit an authorized service center in your country.  Use the link below to find a service center.  After selecting your country and city be sure to check the box for Warranty Service Provider.

Sorry to say if you tried the steps I mentioned above then it is very possible the motherboard has failed and needs to be replaced.

Were you working on the laptop when it died or did it just not turn on when you wanted to use it ?

When the hard drive is removed does the laptop start up and try to boot the operating system.  Did you get a message saying something to the effect that the "operating system not found" or "no bootable media?"  If you get a message of that type then I suspect the hard drive has failed.

To enter the BIOS Setup have your tried shutting down the computer and then press the NOVO button to turn the computer On?
