How do I enable the multi-touch feature on the Ideapad U260  trackpad?

Assuming that the factory preload is being used, or that if a clean copy of Windows was installed that all Lenovo drivers have been downloaded and re-installed this can be enabled through the following steps.

1) Open control panel

2) Open the hardware and sound section

3) Open mouse section

4) Open device settings

5) Look under settings ( if you have synaptic hardware )
