Hi fadi13smair ,
Welcome to the Community Forums.
How old is the battery now and are you a heavy batttery user as this are some factors to consider?
As per hardware manual guideline for Checking operational charging (Page 21-22) :
"To check whether the battery charges properly during operation, use a discharged battery pack or a battery pack that has less than 50% of the total power remaining when installed in the computer.
Perform operational charging. If the battery status indicator or icon does not light on, remove the battery pack and let it return to room temperature. Reinstall the battery pack. If the charge indicator or icon is still off, replace the battery pack. "
Have it plugged in for an 1-2 hours. The status indicator of the battery (page 29) would describe the progression of charging from solid amber (battery has between 5% and 20% charge) to slow blinking amber (battery is being charged. When battery charge reaches 20%, the blinking color changes to white).Fast blinking amber indicates problem with the battery or the battery connection.
As some would try battery calibration , and /or uninstall and reinstall of Lenovo Energy Management or OneKey Optimizer , latest BIOS 7ccn62ww is a fix for bluetooth issue and not related to any battery or power so you may not have to do changes on it.
Hope this helps you answer your query.
