I received my laptop on Friday and noticed soon after opening the package that there was a crack in the lower righthand side of the laptop case. The bottom of the laptop is now separating from the case.
I have since spent over two hours on hold trying to request a RMA. This is unacceptable.
I want a full refund, as this Lenovo defect could have been spotted before it was shipped to me.
