I bought this laptop December 2015 and to my surprise with a very mild usage the hinge has broken about 20 days ago. It is my only laptop and I also work part-time on this. I am really discomforted now.
The hinge was always dodgy as it would rock a little but I gave it the benefit of doubt as this happens with quite a lot of laptops but I never imagined that being such a costly laptop, something like this would happen to my laptop.
I contacted Lenovo and the assistant said that he will look into the issue and will email me a copy of the issue, but that never happened. I wonder why.
I am not sure what else to do than raise a query here.
