Need help escalation for Service issues

Can anyone help me out with escalation matrix for getting the service support.

I own a Ultrabook U410

Warranty Status: under warranty

Region: Gurgaon


Few days back i observed a swelling on Laptops body automatically, when i went to service centre - he was not ready to accept it, the call centre guy rrejected it by saying it is "Customer induced damage" & Accidental damage, hence not covered under warranty.


There is not even a scratch from my side and Lenovo call centre says "Customer induced damage"....How pathetic..!!


I dont where to contact and whom to contact as Service centres are 3rd Party - getting in touch with Lenovo service team seems a daunting task.


I need a solution......And above all the Call-centre guy says " If Mother-board me kuch damage hota hai then also its accidental damage"......seriously new definitions of Accidental damage....


If i dont get a response in time, i will share my problem on Social media to awaken everybody with the superb definitions of Lenovo service support.
